Fusion meditations are extremely powerful. This energetic practice is deeply rooted and hidden within ancient Taoist teachings. The guidance helps establish contact between your inner self and the five forces.
Inner alchemy and the golden elixir have been sought for generations and considered "The Fountain of Life". In modern day terms an aspect of this work can be best described as "enhancing the emotional processor". This is a digestive procedure and a method of transforming negative energy into positive energy. By following this guidance, you will become capable of clearing away old debris from your emotional, mental, physical and ultimately your spirit body.
When I began working with the Fusion of the Five Elements. I found two great sources in Mantak Chia and Gilles Marin. Within Gilles Marin’s book Five Elements and Six Conditions, I found his guided meditations. I then recorded them to facilitate my own meditation practice. I was inspired to create music for the background. You will hear the teachings of Gilles Marin and the original music inspired by the meditations as read and recorded by Jak Noble.
In this series you will receive:
Tracks 1-5: The 5 Elements
Introduces the 5 elemental forces and establishes connection to your inner state. The Inner smile meditation connects you to each element: Water, essence of life; Wood, power of cultivation; Fire, guidance and high spirit; Earth, power of satisfaction; Metal, lung-healing chi-kung.
Track 6: Healing Lights and Inner Smile Acu-Meditation.
This meditation has the effect of a complete acupuncture treatment. Promotes good health, vitality and longevity. It will also enhance your emotional maturity and stimulate creativity, enthusiasm and open-mindedness.
Track 7: The Seven Levels of Individuation
The Human Potential Enchanting Meditation.
Track 8: The Microcosmic Orbit
The foundation of the Alchemical Process. Awakens awareness of the inner river of Chi flowing in all living beings.
Track 9: Fusion Meditation (short form)
Recycling Negative Emotions into Positive Energy. (Also referred to as Formula 1)
Many students of the Tao have requested these guided meditations. Because everyone has their own unique way of learning, my best suggestion is for each track be listened to about three times. This allows you to be familiar with the process without it becoming rote. Move on to the next track after you feel that you get it or even better that it gets you.
Remember: Your goal here is not to memorize, but to experience. It will be very easy for you to guide yourself independently after you have been there.
